This building, raised on piloti, is in good condition. It is used for administrative offices on the upper level: the office of the director and the general secretary, the general administration staff, the accounting department, and the fair radio station. On the lower floor, it has storage rooms, a courtyard, a bar with its own kitchen, and a new VIP salon.
